Thank  you  for  taking  the time  to  visit this website, which contains valuable information in regard to pilot licensing regulatory aspects.

If you are  interested in the new  European Commission's  implementing  rules for aircrew licensing, you are in the right place!

My  background  in  civil aviation regulation  goes  back over 22

years, of which 17  years  with  the  FCL department of  the  UK

Civil  Aviation  Authority  and  5  years  with   the  Joint  Aviation

Authorities  (JAA).   I   also   served  as  a   military  pilot  in  the

British  Army during the 1970s - 80s.

During my time with the JAA I had the pleasure of supporting and answering numerous questions from the 42 JAA Member States, arising from individual pilots, National Aviation Authorities and Training Organisations. I also had the pleasure of personally meeting and training hundreds of pilots and staff members from these Authorities and Organisations.

I  dedicate  my  books   to   all   those   friends   and   colleagues whom  I  met  and

trained across Europe and other continents, over the years.
